About

I am a jeweller and installation artist residing in Wellington, New Zealand. With a keen interest in women’s rights in an historical context along with an ethos of reusing existing resources, I use found fabric, discarded kitchen implements and old household objects, converting them into new forms that carry history into the present. More recently my practice has moved toward casting these objects to also reflect statistical information. At the heart of my work is the female condition in the past, and its relevance to contemporary times.
